The bi-district round of the UIL High School football playoffs brought some big victories and outstanding individual performances from athletes across the Texas Panhandle and South Plains. Be sure to take a look at some of those highlight outings from another great Thursday and Friday night.

Julian Reese II, Palo Duro, QB, Jr.

Behind Reese, the Palo Duro Dons won their 10th straight game and earned their first playoff win for the first time in 11 years, and did it in convincing fashion with a 56-7 victory over El Paso Hanks on Thursday. Reese was electric from his signal caller position, going 18-of-23 for 341 yards passing throwing five touchdown passes.
