A hidden talent: Coach Hamrick was a pretty decent cello player in high school!
His ideal pre-game meal is a small steak, baked potato, and vegetables. If he weren’t coaching, he truly can’t see himself doing anything else.

Coffee, Practice, and Community Support
He’s a coffee drinker, prefers field practice over film study, and leans defensive with the “Inside Hull” drill as his favorite.
