The West Texas A&M volleyball team defended home court and made Homecoming weekend a success getting a pair of Lone Star Conference wins against Dallas Baptist and Texas Woman’s on Friday and Saturday.

The Lady Buffs picked up a sweep of DBU on Friday, 25-22, 25-19, 25-19) and then followed that up with a four-set victory Saturday over TWU, 23-25, 25-15, 25-16, 25-12. The No. 14-ranked Lady Buffs improve to 3-1 in LSC play and 11-4 on the year. WTAMU will continue its homestand with Midwestern State at 6 p.m. Tuesday, then will play host to Eastern New Mexico at 2 p.m. on Saturday.
