Resilience is at the core of Coach Sims’s philosophy. Her motto: “Work Will Win When Wishing Won’t!”
She loves how the Texas Panhandle feels like one big community—everyone follows and supports local standouts, and there’s a united pride when competing against teams from other regions.
She cheers for all Panhandle teams in the playoffs, believing they can compete with anyone in the state.

Coach Sims’s goals for the season: compete for a playoff spot, finish district with more wins than losses, strengthen skills and volleyball IQ, and put her team in a position to win every game.
Energy, Both Sides of the Game, and Community Support
She’s fueled by Alani Nu energy drinks, values both film study and field practice, and leans defensive but loves running “First Ball Kill” and “Block Coverage” drills.
