Behind solid pitching, a monster grand slam, the Canyon Lady Eagles were able to double up Canyon ISD rival Randall 6-3 in a key District 4-4A clash on Friday afternoon at the Lady Raiders Softball Complex.

Filling up the bases on Randall pitcher Jazlynn Quigley, Canyon’s Isabella Quintanilla had the moment of the game, driving a deep ball to right field that left the park for a grand slam, giving the Lady Eagles a comfortable 6-0 lead.
