UIL High School Softball Texas Panhandle regional quarterfinal playoff pairings

The UIL Texas High School softball playoffs carry on after a busy bi-district week. Here’s a look at where each Texas Panhandle team will be playing in the second round that include Dumas against San Elizario, Bushland taking on Brownfield and Sanford-Fritch battling Abernathy.

Regional quarterfinals 

Division I

Dumas (30-2-1) vs. San Elizario (14-16-1), at Seminole Softball Complex 

One game: 2 p.m. Friday 

West Plains (23-11) vs. El Paso Yselta (20-13), at Monahans Softball Complex 

Game 1: 4 p.m. Thursday 
Game 2: 1:30 p.m. Friday 
Game 3: 30 minutes following Game 2, if necessary 

Division II

Canyon (22-13) vs. Clint (15-12), at Sanger Field, Hobbs, N.M. 

Game 1: 8 p.m. Thursday 
Game 2: Noon, Friday 
Game 3: 30 minutes following Game 2, if necessary 

Randall (26-8) vs. El Paso Riverside (19-12), at Seminole Softball Complex 

Game 1: 5 p.m. Thursday 
Game 2: 11 a.m. Friday 
Game 3: 30 minutes following Game 2, if necessary 

CLASS 3A 
Regional quarterfinals 

Division I 

Bushland (16-14) vs. Brownfield (16-6)

Game 1: 1 p.m. Wednesday, at Plainview Softball Complex
Game 2: 7 p.m. Wednesday, at Plainview Softball Complex
Game 3: Noon, Saturday, at Littlefield Softball Complex, if necessary

Shallowater (26-10-1) vs. Kermit (11-14-1), at Lamesa Softball Complex

Game 1: 7 p.m. Tuesday 
Game 2: 5 p.m. Thursday
Game 3: 30 minutes following Game 2, if necessary 

Division II

Childress (25-2-1) vs. Coahoma (21-3), at Stamford Softball Complex 

One game: 2 p.m. Saturday

Canadian (24-7) vs. Alpine (17-15), at Lubbock-Cooper Liberty 

One game: 6 p.m. Thursday
