UIL Region I High School Football regional semifinal playoff pairing

The West Plains Wolves will battle district rival Canyon in a UIL Class 4A Division I regional semifinal at 7 p.m. Friday at Happy State Bank Stadium. [Roy Wheeler/ Press Pass Sports]

We have reached the midway point of the UIL Texas High School football playoffs. There are still 12 teams left standing across the Texas Panhandle and South Plains entering the regional semifinals on Thanksgiving Friday. Take a look at the pairings below that include West Plains taking on rival Canyon, Canadian battling Idalou and West Texas High facing New Home.
