Behind an outstanding offensive line performance, Robinson ran the rock 21 times for 178 yards scoring four touchdowns all in the first half. In the first two games of the year, the West Point commit has already rushed for 212 yards, thrown for 370 yards and totaled 13 touchdowns. He has also accumulated 21 tackles with two sacks.

Head coach Dane Ashley: “Even as the head coach, there are a lot of times I just like to step back and just watch Broxton. He operates at a different level and he is able to do so many things especially in a triple option look. I wish I was doing that with the offense a long time ago. Being a senior and on varsity so long, he’s way more mature and he never gets rattled anymore. The game has slowed down so much for him and he understands everything. On defense, he is a very physical player and he’s never out of control like he maybe once was as a sophomore. He has great footwork and does everything the right way. He’s never out of position.”

Robinson: “I think the team is really clicking through the first two weeks of the season on both sides of the ball. Everyone has been doing their job and we are a much more physical team than we have been. Being a third-year starter at quarterback, I feel way more comfortable with the offense. I’m giving myself time to make the reads, I go over things with coach (Dane) Ashley everyday and we have a great offensive line with great skill guys. We just want to get better each week and take it game by game.”
