The senior dual-threat QB was masterful with both his arm and his feet. Through the air, Cavalier torched the Ranger secondary going of 10-of-19 for 240 with four touchdowns. On the ground, Cavalier chewed the Perryton defense for 137 yards on only 12 carries with for more TDs. Cavalier finished his night totaling 377 yards with a combined eight touchdowns.

Through the first four games of the year, Canadian’s leader leads going 56-of-82 for 1,034 yards passing with 17 touchdowns without throwing an interception. He’s also ran for a team-best 409 yards with six more scores.

Coach Andy Cavalier: “We feel great about being 4-0. It feels good to win and our objective is playing the best we can regardless of who we are competing with. Camren has really started off well for us. We’ve used on defense more than we have in the past. But on the offensive side, he’s the catalyst that makes the offense go. I am thankful that he is our quarterback. He’s been more efficient throwing the ball than he has the last two years and of course he’s distrusting the ball to a lot of different players. He’s dangerous running the ball though we limit his carries but when he does take off it’s pretty exciting. He’s just super competitive and he wants to win. He puts in a lot of time and effort to make that happen.”

Cavalier: “We’re playing great as a team right now. I think we’re really clicking, and we just want to keep rising and getting better. After losing the entire offensive line last year, these guys have stepped up this year. They play with a chip on their shoulder, and they have my back and I have theirs. I just feel we have great chemistry and that’s what has made me better. We’re all brothers and we all play together. We’re a family team and we all have each other’s back.”
