The UIL track and field postseason has heated up with area track and field meets in the books. Be sure and check out the latest honor roll and look for extensive coverage of track and field meets this coming weekend.

West Texas High’s Scout Burris qualified in four events at the area meet, Canadian’s Kylie Cavalier set a new personal-best in the triple jump as did New Deal’s Macie Burkhead in the discus.
