Coaching with Heart, Discipline, and a Writer’s Touch

With five years of coaching experience, Tiffany Williamson brings her passion for basketball and education to Holy Cross Catholic Academy, where she as the new Athletic Director.

Her coaching journey began with 3rd-12th grade club basketball, but it’s the transformation of her players that fuels her pride.

Her most memorable moment? Watching her best offensive player put in the work to become a defensive standout—proof that growth and coachability trump raw talent.

Hot Tea, Pineapple Kale, and Positive Vibes

Coach Tiffany’s game day ritual is all about comfort and focus: she always has a hot tea on the bench.

Her go-to pre-game meal is a Pineapple Kale Smoothie from Smoothie King.

Off the court, she’s a pretty good writer, and if she weren’t coaching, you’d find her teaching history—a role she already embraces.

She lives by the advice to “always walk away on a positive note,” celebrating her players’ successes with hugs and affirmations, saving the tough feedback for practice.
