From Maple Ridge to Perryton – Memories and Motivation

Coach Lynch’s coaching path started in Maple Ridge, BC, Canada, where he medaled at Nationals in Edmonton—a career highlight.

In Perryton, his most memorable moment so far is placing third at Cool in Boomtown. Facing powerhouse Randall remains a challenge, but Coach Lynch is determined to help his teams get over the hump.

Rituals, Ping Pong, and Ministry Aspirations

Game day for Coach Lynch means the same Spotify playlist, a specific undershirt, and always putting his left shoe on first. His hidden talent? He’s a ping pong champion!

His favorite pre-game meal is Subway or Smokehouse. If he weren’t coaching, he’d be serving as a pastor in ministry—a testament to his faith-driven approach.

The best advice he’s received: “Care more about your players as people than athletes.”
