With 15 years of coaching experience, Tim Ufford has dedicated eight years to Caprock High School, with previous stints at Palo Duro JV Girls and High Plains Drifters.

His most memorable coaching moment? Leading Caprock to its first-ever victory over El Paso Bel Air—a win that marked a turning point for the program.
