A couple of coaching changes across the area as Matt Lovorn takes over for Todd Winfrey in Canyon and Eric Alston assumes the role as coach in McLean replacing David Donnell.  Week 7 of the TXHSFB season is here and district action starts rolling for most teams in the area.  A look at all of the games impacting schools in the Texas Panhandle and South Plains.  Team tennis playoffs are under way as a host of 4A and 5A schools have advanced to the area round.  Plus, volleyball roundup from district action.
