From Middle School to the Big Stage

After starting at Austin Middle School, Coach Bohannon’s journey has taken him to the sidelines of both football and softball at Tascosa.

His most memorable moment? Coaching in Cowboys Stadium—a dream come true for any Texas coach.

On game days, you’ll find him listening to the same Crowder playlist for softball and sipping Liquid Death during football (one pregame, one midgame). His toughest opponents? Lubbock Cooper in softball this year and Longview in football.

Cooking, Community, and Work-Life Balance

A hidden talent: Coach Bo loves to cook! If he gets a pre-game meal, it’s a grilled chicken salad with avocado.

If he weren’t coaching, he’d be serving as a police officer. The best advice he’s received: “Find a way to leave work at work as much as possible”—a crucial lesson for any coach balancing passion and personal life.
