In Class 5A, Amarillo High and Tascosa are both headed to the postseason while remaining tied at the top of District 2-5A at 12-1. The Lady Sandies swept Lubbock-Cooper (25-16, 25-18, 25-18) and Tascosa knocked off Frenship (25-8, 25-20, 25-21).

In District 4-4A, Randall and Canyon punched tickets to the playoffs. The Lady Raiders remained perfect in league play with a sweep of Pampa 25-20, 25-14, 25-16, and Canyon soared past rival West Plains (25-13, 25-19, 25-27, 25-13).

Shallowater not only clinched a Class 3A playoff spot but also took over sole possession of first place in District 2-3A with a thrilling win at Childress 26-24, 25-22, 22-25, 21-25, 15-12.

There were also plenty of top performers from Tuesday night. In that AHS sweep of Cooper, Harper Vaughan led the Lady Sandies with 15 kills while Cooper’s Broox Lopez became the school’s all-time leader in aces with 200 for her career. In a five-set win over Borger, Dumas’ Sophie Clements earned a special milestone going over 1,000 career digs, and despite a loss to Randall, Pampa’s Madi Barton went over 1,000 career assists.

Take a look at the updated standings and all the final scores from Friday and Saturday’s action across the Texas Panhandle and South Plains with Tuesday’s schedule included.
