2025 Coors Tournament of Champions Set for Four-Day Championship

The 31st Coors Tournament of Champions returns as a four-day championship showcase, featuring Amarillo’s elite golfers competing across the city’s premier golf courses from Thursday, August 14 through Sunday, August 17.

Championship Showcase: This annual tournament features winners from Amarillo’s major golf tournaments throughout the year, creating a field of the region’s most accomplished players. The Tournament of Champions serves as the pinnacle event, where only the best of the best compete for bragging rights and substantial prizes.

Four-Course Challenge: The tournament’s unique format takes competitors across Amarillo’s finest golf facilities over four days:

  • Thursday, Aug. 14: Amarillo Country Club (8:00 AM start)
  • Friday, Aug. 15: Tascosa Golf Club
  • Saturday, Aug. 16: Comanche Trail Golf Complex – Arrowhead Course
  • Sunday, Aug. 17: Ross Rogers Golf Complex – Mustang Course

Elite Competition: Only qualified golfers who have proven themselves as tournament winners throughout the season earn their spot in this prestigious championship. The field represents the cream of the crop from Amarillo’s competitive golf scene, making for exceptional competition across four distinct and challenging courses.

The field: Max Mitchell (defending champion), Rebel Aistrup, Stewart Dodson, Andrew Brewer, Zack Norrell, Tyler Paige, Brock Schroeder, Kent Neal, Luke Kane, Drew Baccus, Ian Ansett.

Senior field (36-holes): Darrin Davis, Mark Guess, Matt Robinson, Clint Deeds, Tim Garland.

Major Prize Money: The stakes couldn’t be higher with a massive $240,000 hole-in-one prize on the line. Additionally, spectators have their own chances to win with gallery prize money and premium gear from top golf brands through the tournament’s popular gallery raffle.
