Players to watch

Jacob Burris, 5-11, 176-pound, WR-LB, Sr.

Burris emerged on the scene for the Eagles thanks to a big junior season on both sides of the ball. At receiver, Burris snagged 25 catches for 500 yards with six touchdowns. Defensively, he was equally impactful making 63 tackles with a pair of fumble recoveries.

Tripp Wright, 6-foot, 216-pound, TE, Sr.

Thanks to his size and solid hands, Wright became security for quarterback Boston Bell when he needed him last year finishing with 29 catches for 490 yards with three touchdowns. Expect to see Wright play a heavier role in the offense in 2024.

Colt Cruth, 5-11, 170-pound, RB-DB, Sr.

Cruth soared for the Eagles in a stacked backfield last year proving he could be counted on. Called on time and time again, Cruth toted the rock 114 times for 692 yards with six touchdowns. On the defensive side of the ball, the safety racked up 52 tackles with two interceptions.
